Hi everybody. Welcome to the blog where I talk about the present.
Every day I take a nap from 1 to 2. I have to. It kind of recharges me. Anyway. I often take stock of the gains and losses from the day before. For example, I walked with a walker the other day. Of course I had help from my therapist, but I managed to walk with a walker. It’s kind of cool. It reminds me, though, that I’m basically back to where I was before my second brain bleed many years ago. As far as losses, I don’t think about those much. I just concentrate on the positive gains.
